Terms of Service

⏵ General Terms

• I may refuse any project/commission request.

• The design process as well as the final work may be used on my social media/portfolio or streamed. If you do not agree/want it to be disclosed, notify in advance.

• I must be credited (@MumeiDesign) wherever possible.

• If the client fails to respond for a period longer than 14 days, without previous warning, the commission will be considered completed without need of refunds or further work.

⏵ Creative Process

• The commissioner must send references and ideas of what they want me to do. Ex.: Images or sketches of the style they want.

• Revisions are limited please check the maximum revisions in advance before you incur a surcharge

⏵ Delivery Time

• The estimated time to finish the commission written in the gig, but may vary.

• If the commissioner is in rush, please notify in advance and set a deadline. The additional price is written in the gigs.

⏵Payment & Refund Policy

• Project will only start after payment is done.

• Commissions are non-refundable after payment unless the designer decides to cancel the commission.

⏵ License

• The client can use the final result as he wishes if it's not merchandise. Commercial license for any type of merch is +50% of the commission price if it is not already included.

⏵ Final Note

• I like to finish the commission only when the commissioners are happy with the result! I'll try my best to make it perfect.

• If you have any question, you can always DM me on fiverr or twitter! I may take some time to reply but I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
